Record new POCT lots and log quality-control runs. Each passing control
extends the lot's expiration to 60 days after the control date (up to one year beyond the
original expiration). A failing control records the result but grants no
extension and flags the lot as failed verification. Every action is attributed to your
account and written to the audit log.
